On Khanpari Tibba (4130 m)
July in Himacha Pradesh does not automatically mean days of rain! Quite the opposite. We just had a great three-day trek on the 4130 meter high Khanpari Tibba, the local mountain Manalis.
High grass, lots of flowers, a few clouds, but no rain! We even had a nice view from our Camp Lama Dug. Here, on a green pasture we camped for two nights, enjoyed Indian specialties and our nightly campfire. The ascent to the summit was not easy, but successful! Yes, we did it! We were at over 4000 meters!
