overview
Rishikesh is the Yoga capital of the world. And very rightly so. Every year, thousands of yoga practitioners, students and teachers come to RIshikesh to study with the best teachers and immerse themselves in the rich culture and tradition of Rishikesh. The energy of Rishikesh is, as every one of these practitioners will agree to, intense and refreshing at the same time. This retreat is designed to help us live the same day to day lifestyle that each of these yoga practitioner live during their visit. Led by Noor, who himself spends half the year in RIshikesh studying with his teacher and sharing the camaraderie and energy of this amazing place with practitioners from around the world, the retreat will be an immersion into the energy that makes Rishikesh so special.
