The Lake View Resort is located approximately 20 km from the small harbor town of Fort Kochi and only 27 km from Cochin International Airport. Directly adjacent to the backwaters on one side and only separated from the beach by a small road on the other, this small, family-run resort is in a perfect location.
The retreat location has beautifully maintained grounds, a pool, very friendly staff, a yoga terrace and an Ayurveda area. What makes this mini-resort special is that it is run with a lot of love and personality by a Kerala family: The mom cooks, the son runs the business and his wife makes sure that all wishes are fulfilled.
The sympathetic Ayurveda doctor Dr. Harikumar professionally manages the Ayurveda area with his therapists.
In addition to the daily yoga classes in the morning, the Ayurveda treatments, very tasty Ayurvedic food and lots of peace and quiet, you can go on wonderful excursions to Fort Kochi, into the backwaters by kayak or through the surrounding villages by bike. Guests are also offered an Ayurveda workshop and an Ayurvedic cooking course.
The long sandy beach is ideal for long walks and a dip in the Arabian Sea.
