3 Days Yoga Trekking

Our first 3 days Yoga Trek successfully came to an end. With two customers from New York we hiked through the beautiful green mountains of the Himalayas in the Kullu valley and started and ended our days with a yoga session consisting of asanas, pranayama and relaxation.

Our yoga teacher Sarah taught the daily classes according to the wishes of the yoga students Yael and Roee. The simple Hamta Circuit Trek served as the Yoga Trek. Every day we trekked uphill and downhill for 4 to 6 hours through dense forests, green meadows and clear mountain streams. Our two camps were located at 2600 and 3100 meters high and offered an excellent panoramic view of the surrounding snow-capped peaks and deep valleys. The weather played along perfectly! After the evening yoga class we enjoyed the freshly prepared Indian, vegetarian meals, consisting of a vegetable curry, a lentil dish, Indian flatbreads, rice and salad, prepared by our chef. Our guide Hem Raj led us safely through the Indian mountains and introduced us to the local culture of the mountain population with its stories! All together we spent three wonderful serene days in the heights of the Himalayas with physical activity, a lot of stretching and mental relaxation! Thank you for the nice time! Om Shanti
